By using Flatwalk you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is simple.
Flatwalk lets you draw or upload a floor plan, generate a 3D flat, walk through it in your browser and furnish it with products from real shops. The service is provided by [OPERATING COMPANY NAME] (England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER]). It is in early access: features can change, and things can occasionally break.
The home tier is free. Guest flats expire and are deleted automatically. If paid tiers are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay anything.
Floor plans and flats you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the service can work. Do not upload plans you have no right to use.
Product models, prices and availability come from third-party shops and brands and may be out of date. A purchase happens on the shop's site under the shop's terms, not ours. Some 3D models, including IKEA's, are provided for personal, non-commercial use and load from the brand's own servers; do not extract or redistribute them.
Do not try to break, overload, copy or scrape the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Flatwalk is provided as is. Measurements, sunlight and renders are approximations for planning and inspiration, not for construction, legal or purchasing decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU keep the protections of their local consumer law.
